The restaurant’s name, EDEN, draws its inspiration from the 4th-century Roman mosaics discovered and preserved in Plovdiv, which depict scenes from the Garden of Eden — lush landscapes filled with vegetation and birds, symbols of freedom, elegance, and life. At EDEN restaurant, this idea is brought to life not through literal reproduction, but through a modern interpretation that conveys a sense of lightness and harmony, transporting you to an exquisite interior where food becomes a form of expression.

Restaurant EDEN offers a capacity of up to 115 guests, with tables arranged around a central green island featuring a living plant composition. The space is thoughtfully zoned to accommodate different preferences — from quiet, intimate dinners to vibrant evenings shared with friends.
